Rance Healthcare Services Ltd strives to offer excellent and affordable health and care services to individuals and families at home, community in Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Dudley, Telford and beyond.
Our goal is to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our service users, their families, and the communities we serve. In turn, we will provide staff with competitive compensation, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction. Each staff member will meet the Care Standards educational and training requirements for the services we provide. We encourage and support the continued education of each of our carers.

Compliance – Develop robust policy and procedures to ensure that service provision meets all legislative requirements, all policy’s & procedures will be regularly reviewed.
Service User Satisfaction – Every 12 weeks, gather, record and evaluate information about the quality and safety of the care being provided.
Performance Management- to ensure that all standards set, both internally and externally are met, thus increasing efficiency and facilitating better co-ordination and communication between all homecare workers, service users, with the local authority and social services health authority (where applicable).
Workforce – To attract, retain and develop a workforce so that we have the right number of people equipped with the skills and competencies necessary to perform their jobs to the highest standards in personal care.
Training Program – our employees will be supported and encouraged to develop themselves with the knowledge, skills and experience in accordance with their own needs and those of the organisation
