Person-Centred – The service user will be at the centre of care; supported to participate as much as possible in their own care.
Compliance – Develop robust policy and procedures to ensure that service provision meets all legislative requirements, all policy’s & procedures will be regularly reviewed.
Service User Satisfaction – Every 12 weeks, gather, record and evaluate information about the quality and safety of the care being provided.
Performance Management- to ensure that all standards set, both internally and externally are met, thus increasing efficiency and facilitating better co-ordination and communication between all homecare workers, service users, with the local authority and social services health authority (where applicable).
Workforce – To attract, retain and develop a workforce so that we have the right number of people equipped with the skills and competencies necessary to perform their jobs to the highest standards in personal care.
Training Program – our employees will be supported and encouraged to develop themselves with the knowledge, skills and experience in accordance with their own needs and those of the organisation
